As users enter the platform, the experience is designed to feel immediate, intuitive, and immersive. From discovery to playback, every interaction supports a seamless entertainment journey built for comfort, connection, and effortless streaming.


Creative Brief

The project began with a conceptual brief focused on reimagining Spotify for the TV screen. The goal was to create a streaming experience that felt immersive, visually engaging, and optimized for shared living spaces, combining entertainment, music discovery, and intuitive interaction.


User Flow Exploration

Early planning focused on mapping how users would move through the platform, from home screen recommendations to playlists, shows, queue management, and playback. This helped define the structure and prioritize a seamless TV-first navigation system.


Interface Development

Initial wireframes were developed to test layout, hierarchy, and usability across larger screens. Key screens like home, now playing, playlists, and content discovery were refined to balance clarity, accessibility, and visual impact.


Visual Direction

Mood boards were created to explore atmosphere, color, and interface behavior. These references helped shape the final visual language, focusing on dark immersive environments, bold content visibility, and a premium entertainment experience.


System Design

The interface system was built to create consistency across every screen. Typography, spacing, content cards, and navigation patterns were designed to work together, creating a unified experience across music, shows, and shared household viewing.


Brand Application

The final stage focused on applying the system into realistic branded touchpoints. High-fidelity TV mockups, playback screens, browsing experiences, and full-screen entertainment views were created to show how Spotify could expand beyond mobile and desktop into the home environment. This demonstrated how the brand functions as a complete streaming ecosystem built for larger screens and shared experiences.
