Brief
Waffle House is known for its iconic diner experience, but its digital ordering experience feels outdated. This project focused on redesigning the mobile app to create a faster, more intuitive ordering experience while keeping the bold and recognizable Waffle House brand identity.
Sketches/Wireframes
Initial sketches and wireframes focused on simplifying the ordering flow, improving navigation, and creating a layout that felt quick and easy to use across every screen.
Prototyping/ Process
The prototype mapped out the complete mobile ordering experience through connected user flows and interactive screen transitions. By organizing the final interface into a guided flow, the prototype demonstrated how users would move naturally through browsing, customization, checkout, and order confirmation within the app.
Final Version
The final interface combined a modern mobile experience with Waffle House’s bold and recognizable diner branding. Strong typography, familiar colors, and simplified layouts helped create an experience that feels fast, intuitive, and consistent across every screen.
